Roasted Pepper Bruschetta

Sounds difficult and fancy but allow me to show you how easy and fast it is to make this party starter. Start with these basic ingredients and then if you like you can improvise with more vegetables and other savory ingredients. This is a wonderful recipe that seems really fancy but is simple and delicious.


  • 3 Roasted Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3-4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 5 Fresh Basil Leaves and save a few for garnish.
  • Salt and Gound Black Pepper to taste


  1. Chop all of the ingredients: The bell pepper and the basil are best cut julienne style (roll a few basil leaves together and chop thinly) then finely mince garlic by hand or using a garlic press.
  2. Add balsamic vinegar.
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Mix well. At this point your mouth will water and it's ok have a taste. After all, you are the chef and it is your duty to make sure its properly seasoned!
  5. Grill or toast bread of your choice.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
