Isabella's Homemade Cereal: Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Who doesn't LOVE the taste of sweet, crunchy, spiced cereal in the morning? Here, Isabella (and special guest Cousin Michelle) show you how to make their delicious version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, a kid favorite. Unfortunately, the original cereal is loaded with white sugar, preservatives and hidden chemicals that do nothing for our kids' growing bodies. See how easy it is to make your own - We have made it many times since we filmed the video and could easily have it every day!   • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar, reserve some to top the cereal
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Mix together dry ingredients
  3. Then mix in the wet ingredients
  4. When it gets hard to mix, mix dough with your hands
  5. Form dough into two balls
  6. With a parchment paper sheet below and another on top, roll dough flat using a rolling pin
  7. Dough should be less than 1/4 inch thick then using a pizza slicer, cut dough into about 1 inch squares
  8. Separate squares, sprinkle remaining Coconut Sugar on top and place on baking sheet
  9. Bake cereal squares for 4 minutes or until crunchy
  10. Enjoy in a bowl with milk!
