Cooking with Isabella: Roasted Red Pepper Deviled Eggs!

Isabella's Roasted Red Pepper Deviled Eggs

Isabella was so brave to take on this Deviled Egg recipe but she believed in herself and went for it! They turned out so well and we are very proud. We will be making these delicious deviled eggs for Thanksgiving for sure!

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs, Hardboiled and cut in half
  • 1/4 Cup Drained and Blended Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayo
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Sixteen 1/4" pieces of Chives

Instructions

  1. Combine Egg Yolks, Peppers, Mayo, Paprika, Mustard, and Salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Roll a small ball of mixture in your hands and place into an Egg White. Repeat until all Egg Whites are filled.
  3. Use a toothpick to make "Pumpkin-like" lines in Eggs.
  4. Place Chive pieces on Eggs to make a stem.
  5. Plate and Enjoy!
