Here is a great and easy recipe to make a tasty homemade marinara sauce. This recipe is beyond versatile and can be used on your favorite pasta, dip for bread, as a pizza sauce, and so much more. The recipe is so easy any kid can make it! Check out Benji making and tasting one of his favorites!

- 1 1/2 Cup of Peeled Tomatoes (San Marzano)
- 1/4 Diced Onion
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Instructions:
- Start by adding olive oil to pan and wait for it to get hot.
- Add onion and garlic to pan and sauté.
- In a blender add peeled tomatoes, paste, parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend and add to pan.
- Sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes. Marinara Ready!
- Add it to pasta, chicken parmigiana, minestrone, ratatouille, pizza, shakshuka, or use it as a dipping sauce and so many other recipes.
