Cooking with Benji: HALF POUND BURGER

Everybody loves a juicy burger! Most people may associate burger with grilling outside, but we wanted to show you how to make an easy pan version anytime of the day or year. Also if you want to kick it up a notch consider adding your favorite cheese! Check out this easy to make American classic prepared by Benji!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound 80% Ground Beef
  • Brioche Bun
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Use a regular hamburger bun or a Brioche like we did for this recipe.
  2. Slice tomatoes & pickles and prepare lettuce and any other toppings you enjoy on your burger.
  3. Mold the ground beef into a patty.
  4. Get your pan or grill nice and hot.
  5. Place patty on the pan and cook 2 minutes on each side or to your liking.
  6. Assemble burger and enjoy!
