Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have personally never met anyone who does not like a fresh-out-of-the-oven, ooey gooey chocolate chip cookie. It's a classic for a reason and Isabella and Benji show us how to make their own version using better-for-you coconut flour, coconut sugar and chia seeds in the film below. Have the cookies with milk, as an ice cream sandwich, or even crumbled in a yummy yogurt parfait.
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Butter, melted and cooled
- 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions
- Wisk your eggs
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix together thoroughly
- Hand-roll dough into 1" balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
- Let cookies cool before enjoying!
