These delicious Chicken Tenders have been a TOP family favorite for years. Who doesn't love juicy chicken and a crispy coconut crust? We like to pan-fry the chicken because of the crunch-factor, it's better for you than frying, and they get golden brown in no time! Manga!
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Tenders
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- Whisk Egg then add Salt and Pepper in a bowl then pour onto a plate with a lip
- Pour Shredded Coconut onto a plate with a lip and roll Chicken Tenders in Egg then Shredded Coconut
- Pan-fry until golden brown
